AspenTech has partnered with OVATION since 2019 to produce their semiannual customer conferences and their annual global sales kickoffs.
The challenge
AspenTech typically hosts its global sales kickoff event in-person for multiple days of information sharing, technology demonstrations, networking, and most importantly—celebrating. But, given the current world health crisis, that was not possible.
The challenge was to create a unifying sales kickoff experience that connected teams spanning across five different regions, enabling them to learn, share and grow.
The solution
Taking a TV-like view of the world, OVATION created a hybrid event program based out of AspenTech’s two headquarter locations of Bedford, Massachusetts, and Houston, Texas. The event consisted of four days of event programming across five global regions and was viewed by 630 virtual attendees.
Dynamic branding and graphics established the look, executive presentations and panels set the tone, localized breakouts shared the plan and the awards program shared the love and success.
