The first piece of the MARQUEE ecosystem is core to its functionality. Collect is the pre-show process of collecting and hosting event content within a cloud-based, client branded portal. You and your presenters can access this user portal to upload presentations, branded assets, video content, and so much more. You will also have access to OVATION’s Concierge service, which provides real-time customer support.
This module puts you and your presenters at ease knowing that presentations will be in the right room at the right time. Every presentation is both stored locally and backed up on the cloud automatically ensuring the most up to date version is ready for use. With our intuitive and simple user interface, presenters can review slides, start and stop their presentations and request technician assistance with one click of a “Help” button.
Capture automates the recording of sessions directly in h.264 for web use, with no limit on simultaneous sessions. Records can be configured in any combination of audio, video, backgrounds, PIP’s, etc. What’s best, is that your recorded files are available to you in just hours – not days.
No matter the scale of your event, Display ensures that branded content will be deployed to all digital signage across the venue, for a consistent, on-brand event experience. Necessary changes and updates can be made in real-time to a single sign or globally. With Display, you are never locked into standard, boring formats. Be creative! MARQUEE allows you to provide your attendees with digital wayfinding solutions, large information-rich LED displays, and schedule signage in custom resolutions up to 4K. Share allows you to post recorded sessions, stream live content from your event and push it out to relevant platforms. From pre-show through the end of the event, this module collects, packages, and converts data into powerful analytics that can be accessed in real-time and post-show.
