LiveWorx ‘20 was a one-day, virtual event focused on digital transformation consisting of 9 livestream keynotes, 13+ content tracks, and 120+ sessions.

The Event:
PTC and OVATION have worked together for years to produce elevated live event experiences. From amazing stage designs, to powerful general sessions, breakouts, and more. When the decision was made to shift to virtual, the teams were already far into the live event planning process. They had less than 80 days to change course, plan, and execute an incredible event, in a virtual format.
Thankfully, OVATION has been producing virtual events for years and was able to quickly pivot and apply their skills and expertise to further enhance PTC’s industry-leading reputation.
The General Session, which included the 9 keynotes, was their staple element. The content and presenters had to be unparallelled and on-point. Because of this, OVATION’s production team worked exclusively to coach these thought leaders and provide white-glove technical support, securing brand consistency and enhancing the overall experience.
Deemed as a “mini production studio in a box,” speaker kits were mailed to presenters including backdrops, lighting equipment, microphones, and hook-ups along with detailed instructions. The OVATION team held multiple tech-ins to remotely set-up the equipment, along with lighting tests, rehearsals, and day- of-support. The remote speakers did not have to lift a finger to look and perform at their best!
