Pri-Med is a medical education company that hosts five large annual conferences ranging between 2500-5500 attendees and 25 smaller events for Primary Care Physicians that focus on bringing the most accurate medical insights and newest medical knowledge to physicians.

Pri-Med needed a partner that could travel with them to various conferences across the country. They wanted a cohesive brand at each of these conferences and a clean creative stage set design that could be scaled up or down for events ranging from 150 to 7,000 people. Faculty speakers are a key component of their event strategy so they wanted a partner that they could trust to give their speakers the support needed on site.
OVATION proposed an interchangeable lightweight stretched fabric stage set that could be supported by center stage & delay screens for Pri-Med’s larger events. By utilizing creative lighting, digital podium and HD projection, Pri-Med is able to avoid bulky hard stage sets while maximizing brand flexibility for the various stakeholders across 30+ annual events.
OVATION’s presentation management system was used for all breakout session content. A speaker-ready room is set up at each event so that presenters are able to get any needed help prior to their presentation. Running each event across the country has allowed OVATION to build relationships with presenters, who have come to know and trust the team.
