    Challenge

    The Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), an incredibly valuable global peer network comprised of the leading young business leaders from around the world, brought their 2016 annual meetings to Dubai. OVATION was challenged with producing and delivering a cutting-edge, creative experience for all attendees, while also offering YPO the highest level of service and flawless execution. YPO hosted not one but two back-to-back events, requiring a flexible approach and design in order to produce two distinct yet on-brand event experiences. This was all with the purpose of enabling engagement, peer-to-peer education, and professional growth for all YPO members. 

    Solution

    Through the theme of ‘Vision to Reality’, OVATION made a particularly memorable, entertaining, and engaging international event a reality for YPO. OVATION developed an immersive video experience with a digital canvas (150’ x 28’) that was twice the size of YPO’s previous screens. The OVATION team handled a seamless transition from one event, YPO GLC, immediately to the next, YPO EDGE; creating two distinct experiences, fitting to each audience. The OVATION team handled with ease the incorporation of high profile presenters and performers, including Kofi Annan and Sting, reinforcing the prominent nature of YPO. The GLC and Edge events also included 8 continuous large breakout sessions and workshops for further education, discussion, and ideation among YPO members. OVATION again exceeded client expectations and further proved that OVATION has the capability to produce a superior event anywhere in the world.
